To ensure we can provide you with the best possible care, please have the following information ready when calling:
- Your name and location (including intersecting streets and/or landmarks, if possible).
- Confirmation that you are in a safe location and not exposed to danger from oncoming vehicles, and that you feel safe to remain with the vehicle.
- Vehicle registration number or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
- A brief description of the problem.
- Contact telephone number.
- Confirmation if you are towing a caravan or trailer.
